The International Journal of Media & Cultural Politics publishes critical scholarship on the politics of media systems, cultural governance, and communicative power. We welcome empirical and theoretical work from any methodological tradition that engages structural questions of power, rights, governance, or democratic accountability.
Before submitting, please confirm your article:
— is between 7000 and 8000 words including references
— makes an original analytical argument engaging the political dimensions of its subject
— is not under review elsewhere
— follows the MCP Notes for Contributors (available on the journal's website: https://www.intellectbooks.com/international-journal-of-media-cultural-politics)
Work that remains at the level of descriptive case study without structural argument, or that falls outside the 7000–8000 word range, will be returned without review.
